Thanks, Maria. This is definitely very helpful! I didn't know about the color wheel concept applying to concealer until I read this. I shall be eagerly anticipating your upcoming posting on highly recommended concealers.

Dear Ann,
I know exactly which product you are referring too. I don't know why they would discontinue such a great product.
There is nothing out there that is the same, that last all day, doesn't rub off and has a glow to it. Although if that is the look you want to achieve and you want something that won't rub off. I recommend you try the revlon colorstay LIGHT, the one in a tube not the one in the bottle. Then adding a bit of highlight the the cheek bones, by using some sort of shimmer brick. I will be mentioning my favorite shimmer, highlighter in my top ten very soon, so stay posted. Armani also has an amazing foundation, but doesn't provide the long wear like colorstay does.
Thanks for your question, I hope that helps.

Hi Maria

I have a question for you with regard to foundations. My perfect purchase a few years ago was skinlights by Revlon and I absolutely loved the end result - my skin had a glow and natural shimmer to it and it did not wash off or fade away.

As you probably know, it has been discontinued! Do you have any suggestions as to what similar products exist? I'm pretty low maintenance and do not use makeup excessively. A good foundation usually suffices!
