Great question!  Since KP is due to dryness in the skin then I would not recommend tanning to treat this condition, as tanning will only cause more dryness.  If your &quot;chicken skin&quot; is very moderate then exfoliating regularly and moisturizing the area everyday may help you.  Like I said everyone has different results.  I have not heard of anything that works as well as the Dermadoctor KP duty.
