Hi Farnaz,
You are absolutely right! "Diorshow" is my 3rd pick for mascara. Voluminous won because of the cost. Like I said mascara really depends on your eyelashes, but I can see why it works so well for you.

Yay! I've been wearing Voluminous since I was like 16! I've tried every other mascara, including all the really expensive ones, but I keep coming back to this one :)

Maria,

Thanks for these tips...I think that playing with the eyes, and specifically the eyelashes, can make the most dramatic change to a face!
I have long, thick lashes, but they're heavy and don't curl naturally...in fact, even after curling them really well, if I use the wrong mascara, they'll be dragged down again. I've searched far and wide for the best mascara for my type of lashes, and finally found it!!

If anyone has the same issue & is looking for a mascara that really "holds" a curl, I want to recommend Christian Dior's "Diorshow". It's a little pricey, but is also really creamy & beautiful. :)

Thanks again for your fun & informative blog!
